You know when a lover walks into her lover’s office in nothing but a big coat and sexy underwear?? Like in the movies? Well, here is a more modest/wearable version of that scenario. I picked up this 25 lbs vintage coat a couple of months ago and I couldn’t be more in love! It’s very typical of the 1940s with the broad shoulders, fitted waist and flared bottom. Flattering for almost ever figure. Since Valentines is around the corner and wearable lingere is so hot right now, this look just felt right. One of my fashion rules is never dress too sexy……instead go for sexyish. Perhaps a mini with a loose top, or a crop top with a flowy maxi. It sounds cliche, but less is more….just my humble opinion.
