The 1970s are hands down my favorite fashion decade.  The glitz, glam, sheer, wraps and platforms are making me wish I owned a time machine.  The era when the best fashion shows were on the street.

When I saw this ASOS 70s kimono dress I was gaga over it right away.  The best news is that it is under $150.  If you want to look hot, but not trashy I highly recommend this piece.

It’s always in style to error on the side of subtle sexy and not too sexy.  Stay away from what I like to refer to as Sin City Syndrome…..when you see women (like in Vegas) in clothes that DO NOT FIT THEM! It’s like there was a shortage in sizes S,M,L and EVERYONE panicked and bought XS.  Please ladies, let’s stick to clothing that fits :).

Shoulder bags are really hot right now, so I pulled out my lovely teal Gucci gold chain cross body (love this Gucci cross body too) to go with this ASOS kimono dress.  I love when my older pieces come back around.  You wait long enough and they almost always do! xo
