We shot this winter with a hint of spring look up Provo Canyon near Sundance resort.  It was negative 2 degrees.  We though it was REALLY cold, but compared to the cold snap going on in the midwest and east coast, this was nothing!  I feel for those of you in the cold and pray it warms up soon.

Which brings me to my next point…why would I wear a mini shirt in the freezing cold with bare legs?! Why as women do we shove out feet into stilettos? Or, put on a tight shirt that forces us to suck in all day?  How about stiletto nails that scratch our privates when we shower??! When I stop and think about it, it’s pretty comical what we do in the name of looking good!

I love these ACNE metallic booties. They are a fun change from the usual black and brown winter boot.  I have had my eyes on these for a while and when they finally went on sale, I snatched them up!  I am really happy about how versatile they are and will aboslutely wear them in the spring and summer too.

I hope you’re having a fantastic week!

In high school and college I wore mini-skirts for the boys! 🙂 I have since “trapped” my husband so I can wear them for me. I don’t know if I could do so in 2 degrees but you sure make it look easy! Loving the jacket and how fierce you look in the snow!

From the time I was little, my grandmother always told me it was painful to be beautiful, and she was so very right!! You may have been freezing, but you look fabulous!! Love that jacket and those booties are gorgeous!!
