There are so many chic whimsical blouses to choose from and they are easy to pair with jeans, denim shorts, and even denim skirts. I especially love the ones I’m sharing today because of the unique organza material and smocked elastic fabric. Whimsical tops present a charming romantic appeal that many plain and ordinary tops don’t display.

I paired my tube top with a pair of light wash vintage denim. Some of my all-time favorite jeans are by Agolde and are a light wash with an antique retro vibe. This is such an effective way to dress up a simple pair of jeans. I added a pair of white Dolce Vita heels to dress up my look even more.
