Welcome to Handmade Italian for the Holidays with Capolavori! As you can see, today I am collaborating with an Italian website called Capolavori.  What has me most excited about this collaboration is that the items I am sharing with you from Capolavori are all Italian handmade treasures.  Each and every piece their website sells is made with love.  It makes me so happy to be suppporting true artisans and their crafts.  As for your gift giving needs…something handmade feels so much more personal.

As you can see this olive and florescent green leather bag by Tantocosi is beautifully designed and unique, but the integrity of the bag has not been compromised.  As a shopper, sometimes I worry that when items are more artisan or off the beaten path that they may lack the quality compared to something “mass produced.” I know that might seem weird, but sometimes there is a methood to the madness of massive factory made items.  The Capolavori’s items I styled above are not only artisan, but very well made too.
