As we all know, it’s hard to accept your changing body while you’re pregnant. As someone who is a huge health advocate (food and fitness), I have had to take a real step back due to morning sickness and lack of sleep. I don’t sleep well when I am pregnant and then the whole sickness thing starts. It’s a vicious cycle. It’s been a good challenge for me to just accept this season of life as it comes. Body gets fuller, face gets fuller, but most importantly the baby gets fuller. At the end of the day, a healthy baby is all that matters. Allowing yourself to get the rest you need without any judgement, is something all expectant mothers have to work on. My husband keeps reminding me…you’re making a human!
