high fashion halloween

09|27|2017

I know we’re still in September, but Halloween is right around the corner. I love spending the end of September coming up with cool costume ideas. Plus, you need a high fashion original look for all the parties.  A good costume party is my kinda place.

Gucci Sweater | H&M Sweater | Nordstrom Lace Top

Dior Lipstick | La Perla Bralette | YSL Mascara

Givenchy Clutch | Alexander Wang Choker | Topshop Vinyl | ASOS Spider Earrings |  Striped Pants

You can have mad fashion game in whatever getup you choose. Even if you don’t go all out, you can still rock some very wearable spooky pieces.

Today’s post is all about those high fashion Halloween looks!

Depending on the weather or desired sexiness, a short vinyl skirt is a hit. Plus, if you are dressing up this Topshop one pairs well with a ton of costume options! It is a classic year round, not just a Halloween essential. Now if you want a more Beetlejuice/Addams Family aesthetic, these striped pants are just right for you. They feel festive, but you’ll stay chic and those vertical stripes are super flattering.  This Nordstrom lace top pairs with either of those options, just don’t forget this sexy balconette bralette underneath from Net-a- Porter.

A graphic sweater is really something I can get onboard with. Here is a cute cost-friendly black sweater from H&M, or this incredible Gucci piece. I am dying over both of these designs. In my opinion, you can never have enough sweaters- so why not just get both? Plus, there’s always next year’s parties!

Anything goes when it comes to accessories on Halloween. You want an Alexander Wang chain mail choker? Do it! Or some ASOS insect earrings? Why not! Gold, silver, whatever you want!

Halloween is the perfect time to try something bold and be unapologetic with your makeup. Try this YSL blue mascara, which is on point with the Fall trends. And maintain your high fashion Halloween look with a killer Dior black lipstick. Just remember to line with a clear lip liner so that it stays in place, and keep your other makeup a bit subdued. Let your lips do all the talking, and go get em’ Kendall Jenner!

Thanks for reading friends! I hope you’ve found some high fashion Halloween ideas!
