Good morning friends! We just got back from the Montage Deer Valley Santa Suite and I’m still on a high. As a textbook Sagittarius, I live for all things holiday magic. The Montage Santa Suite did just that and more! It’s the ultimate cozy/festive getaway!
Upon arrival, the kids met the resident dog, Monty and baby Hart received a cute woodland stuffed animal. It all matched the mountain theme this hotel offers so well.

After the action in the lobby, we were guided to our Santa Suite. If you’re not sure what I am referring to, the Montage now decorates one of their suites with special holiday decor, to create lasting memories for you and your loved ones.
The Santa Suite
The kids spotted our room when they saw wreath and a small Christmas tree at the front door! Inside the Montage Deer Valley Santa Suite was a beautifully decorated and well lit Christmas tree with faux presents, wreaths hanging over the mirrors, baskets of ornaments, bayleaf garlands hanging over the master bed and both fire places and magical holiday touches throughout the room. The kid’s favorite feature, was the variety of sweets and gingerbread houses waiting for them on the table when we walked in. They immediately dived in! My son came home with a toothache…no joke! Lol! The hand written note on the wall that said “Welcome back Harrington Family” made us feel extra special.
Other Montage Activities
The thing I love about the Montage Deer Valley is that when your on the property, you don’t really have to leave. It’s nestled in the mountains on the Deer Valley Ski resort. While we were there we ate great sushi at Yama Sushi, bowel and played video games at Daly’s Pub and Rec, rented skis right on property and skied in and out making is SO convenient, played pool in the lounge and decorated gingerbread houses while watching Christmas movies in our suite. There was so much to do we forgot to take a swim (either indoors or out). Normally the kids love that part.
